La Petit Maison is a two-bedroom barn conversion with one super-king-size room (zip/link can be twin on request) with an ensuite shower room, and one twin room (zip/link can be king-size on request). First floor shower room. Ground Floor shower room. There's an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove and Smart TV, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. There are two shower rooms with walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Amenities include gas central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor, WiFi, fuel, power, and starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels, a travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate. Outside there's ample off-road parking, a garden with patio, furniture, barbecue, outdoor tap, and secure storage for equipment. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. In between lies a beautiful section of the South West Coast path, winding its way over the clifftops, down to tranquil coves and across some of the region's top beaches. The surrounding area is also a visitor’s paradise with much to see and do. Stately homes, world-renowned gardens, adventure playgrounds and theme parks, model railways, fishing lakes and golf courses are all to be discovered within 10 miles.
