We’ve arrived around 1pm and property was available to check in early, huge plus. We’ve tried contacting booking.com number and they would just read stuff of website ( 4pm check in ) so call the owner # directly for early check ins. Wonderful host, very friendly. We were welcomed with some goodies, sweets, fruits, Prosecco, fully equipped kitchen, game boards, coloring books, stuff for kids. It was very hard to find place in Littlehampton that would accommodate 4 adults and 4 year old kid. We have our kid sleep with us in the same bed, very comfy bedding. TV had Netflix, local channels. Washing machine, coffee maker with different coffee cups available even some personal hygiene items. Super clean, modern look and feel. Close walking distance to beach, pier, restaurants ( try Fish Factory ), parking for 2 cars. We will surely come back for next family reunion and stay here again. Best option for value spent vs local hotels

Electric car charging point available (at cost, by direct arrangement with owner). No smoking. . The property is situated within a short walk of Littlehampton&rsquo;s beach and within a mile of Rustington Village, Littlehampton town and train station. This delightful place, annexed off the owner&rsquo;s main house, has been newly decorated and completed to the highest standards. It comes with two bathrooms with one being en-suite so there is plenty of privacy for the family or a pair of couples that are looking for a magnificent trip to the seaside. There is a comfortable and well-appointed open plan living space. The rooms are fairly generous in size and the owners have made a great use of the space with what they have created. The mile long sand and shingle beach at Littlehampton is everything you would expect from a long-established seaside resort.
