Start your coastal journey on the ground floor, where a welcoming lobby and utility room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board greet you. To the right, find a comfortable bedroom with a triple sleeper bed and a convenient shower room and WC. Ascend the stairs to the main floor, conveniently level with the beach. Revel in an open-plan sitting room, dining area, and a modern kitchen fully equipped for your culinary desires. Two double bedrooms, one en-suite, and a family bathroom adjacent to the lounge area complete this level. The main floor's highlight is the direct beach access from the lounge area through concertina doors. Step onto the expansive decking area with outdoor dining, benches, and sun loungers, surrounded by a fenced beach garden offering uninterrupted views of the coastline. A kayak is available (at your own risk) for adventurous spirits under adult supervision, with basic life jackets provided. There are external cameras facing both the front and back doors, these cameras are positioned on the garage facing towards the front door, in the central courtyard facing towards the main house front door and also on the rear of the property facing towards the back patio doors.
