1. Easy check in process, easy enough step by step guide to follow. They also provided photos of the building, reception and the entrance to our apartment! Very easy to check in and find out accommodation! 2. We were able to check in early which was perfect as we arrived in Belfast at 11:00 and had suit cases with us. This meant we didn’t need to carry them around with us until the 15:00 check in time! 3. All round very nice apartment! 4. Small things like milk, shampoo, soap, hairdryer and kitchen supplies were provided. Some self catering stays doing provide this. 5. Locations was perfect!!
