Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Property info

This lovely two-bedroom apartment is situated in Lower Meads and is perfectly placed to enjoy all the joys of Eastbourne. The beautiful seafront is just a short walk away where you can enjoy views across the English Channel and stroll along the promenade. As well as being close to the seaside you are also just a few hundred metres from Eastbourne town centre with lots of delicious restaurants, cafes and the brand new multi-million pound shopping centre. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is setup with a double bed and an ensuite shower room where there is also a sauna that guests can use. The second bedroom can be a twin or triple. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and all the cooking utensils you will need for a self catering break. A car is far from essential with this properties great central location, however the property does also benefit from having its own off road parking space and free roadside parking for any additional cars.

Neighborhood info

The Meads is a popular upmarket area of Eastbourne, with leafy, wide avenues and many period buildings to admire as you wander to the beach, theatres, cafes or town centre. Meads Street has its own shops, cafes, pubs and facilities - including a Tesco Extra, Co-op, hairdressers and more. Eastbourne town centre with all its amenities, the seafront and the train station and bus terminal are all within easy walking distance. Perhaps you fancy spending the evening in one of the many bars and restaurants before heading for a show in one of the four theatres.
