The lovely location in the grounds of a beautiful house in an attractive village close to Taunton, in Somerset. The large, comfy bed. The shower, which has two shower heads for personal preference. Water pressure was good and temperature was good. The high quality bedding and towels. The Nespresso machine. That the owners were friendly, and communicative if we needed them, but left us alone when we didn't. The lodge felt private as it is in the grounds and not attached to the main house.

Private lodge house set in Victorian rural estate yet close to town. Boasting a private driveway, croquet lawn, orchard, views of Wellington Monument & Trull cricket ground. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard, it has 1 x Queen sized bed, 1 x sofa bed, 2 x televisions, WIFI, living area, kitchen and bathroom. Suitable for professionals or people looking for a break away.
Having stayed in many beautiful places across the world, my aim is to bring that same element of luxury and attention to detail in to our home. We are very blessed to live in this gorgeous Victorian property, surrounded by space and nature, providing plentiful opportunities for relaxation and exploration. Waking up to the sound of pheasants calling in the distance is one of life’s little pleasures that puts a smile on our faces every time we hear it! We look forward to welcoming you soon! We are here to help if you need us but we like to give our guests privacy whilst they are here.
Nestled within the rolling hills of Somerset - the Blackdowns, Mendips & the Quantocks. There is a park in the village of Trull along with an active village hall, coffee shop, park and church. Bus stop at the top of the road - 5 minutes walk. Plenty of country walks.
