## The space The apartment is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in London, with an array of cocktails bars, boutiques and galleries all a few minutes away. Nice and quiet at night as the entrance is tucked away on a side street, with the cosy double bedroom overlooking the Church gardens. Great transport links to reach all London sights. We have 1 King size bed and 1 small double bed, so the apartment is ideal for 3 persons or 4 if you don't mind cozying up in the small double bed. Please be aware the apartment is on the third floor, there is no lift unfortunately, so you need to be able to manage your luggage up the stairs. Keys can be collected from a lockbox just outside the building entrance. ## Guest access The whole flat is yours to use - a bit like having a suite at a boutique hotel - so you have double bedroom/living room/bathroom/kitchen with an additional bedroom now available ## Guest interaction I am available to answer any questions guests might have. ## Other things to note Maximum 4 guests, but ideal for 3 as the second bedroom has a small double bed.

## The neighborhood A quiet and residential neigbourhood. ## Getting around Closest underground station is Old Street (Northern Line) and it's a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
