Lovely two bedroom second floor flat. Modern kitchen with everything you need and more. Double bed and a single bed, with the option of a double sofa bed in the front room. Alexa enabled and a firestick TV In both bedrooms and front room. Private off road parking, in a very quiet cul-de-sac to the north of Carlisle, great links to the motorway, and central Carlisle.
Hi I'm Joe, I'm a dad of 4 young children and I'm hosting guests to supplement my income. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years in various guises, but I'm an engineer by trade. I love anything old and mechanical.
The apartment is located north of the river in the Stanwix area of Carlisle and is not on a through road. Parking for 1 car is completely free outside the apartment and is totally unrestricted. The area is nice and quiet, and just a short drive to town, or the motorway. Public transport is about 2 minutes walk away. Driving to the apartment is about 5 minutes from the motorway. Public transport is a 2 minute walk away.
