I'm usually available to welcome my guests or they can use our lockbox. Guests are very welcome to message me via Airbnb and I will respond within an hour (I'm usually quicker than that).

Property info

A lovely seaside ground floor Annexe, a stones throw from the Beach, Splash Point and Restaurants in Central Sunny Worthing. The Annexe has a bright open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with a lovely sofa bed and flat screen television. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and flat screen TV. The family sized Bathroom has everything you need and huge fluffy towels. For parking your car, there is one dedicated space on our driveway allocated for guests. Also a Nespresso machine.

Neighborhood info

The Annexe is on a quiet and peaceful road, backing onto beautiful Beach House Park. You will find 'Splashpoint' swimming pool and Gym at the end of the road. The Annexe is a three minute walk to the Beach, the Splash pad ( a favourite with children) and childrens' playground in Beach House grounds. Right next to it is the the fabulous 'Coast Cafe' with good food and a cheeky glass of something, they have entertainment several nights a week. Paddle boarding and yoga are also nearby. You are close to 'The Egremont' a great pub that serves good food and live Entertainment. We are close to Worthing town centre which has everything you could need. We also have, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful Cinemas ever, The Dome. You can catch the 700 Coastliner bus into Brighton from the bottom of the road too. You can also catch a bus over the road that can take you all the way to Portsmouth. 24/7 Bike rental from Donkey Republic-Download the App, find a bike near you (Steyne Gardens), unlock with your phone and away you go. Worthing train station is a twenty minute walk.
