'Lower Hill', on the edge of the Boconnion estate is a charming 3-bedroom chalet-style cottage nestled in a wooded valley, close to beautiful walks, camel valley and a bike trail.
Boconnion is a secluded Cornish Estate situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Set within 150 acres of rolling fields and surrounded by its own ancient oak woodland, Boconnion comprises a 7 bedroom Georgian manor house and a 6 bedroom rustic Barton farmhouse, both recently refurbished to provide spacious and luxurious but homely accommodation. I am available for questions throughout your stay.
Secluded, only a couple of properties nearby. Traffic is minimal only thoughts serving the properties, postman and local farm. Drivng is recommended, parking available for multiple cars. The nearest town is a 20min leisurely walk (does include hills) avoiding through roads.
