The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. The garden was safe and fully enclosed for the dogs. Parking was easy and we were in a perfect location in the centre of the town. We are looking forward to a return visit later this year.

Set in the heart of Wivenhoe, within close reach of the water front and the village's superb array of shops, pubs and restaurants, this stunning one bedroom cottage has been newly built to an outstanding specification and provides comfortable, luxurious accommodation throughout. There is a fabulous open plan living space and bespoke kitchen, a delightful South facing courtyard, a double bedroom and a luxury bathroom. Perfect year-round holiday cottage, well behaved dogs welcome!
Wivenhoe is a very special place, with various fantastic local pubs, cafes and restaurants. There are many shops with excellent amenities, along with the famous river front making Wivenhoe a popular sailing destination. Essex University is also nearby, as are numerous stunning countryside walks. Wivenhoe also has a mainline station, with London Liverpool Street just under an hour away.
