Let us introduce this new property to the market! Very central loft, open plan and very spacious with smart projector cinema room and 65 inch 4K TV that can accommodate up to 4 guests. FREE PARKING and free EV Charger 5 mins away. Long stays welcome! LOCATION - Located in the heart of BD1 and immediately adjacent to Forster Square retail park, the development is 10 minutes walk from The Broadway and Bradford best lifestyle attractions. *nearby stations* - Bradford Forster Square 0.3 miles. - Bradford Interchange 0.7 miles. - Frizinghall 1.5 miles. KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM - Etiquette style apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, built in fridge and freezer. It's an spacious open plan living room, with a 65inch 4K smart TV and sound bar. There is a swivel coffee table with reading lamp and a very comfortable sofa which converts into a double bed if needed, totally separate to the bedroom for total privacy. Here you will find a solid wood dining table with 4 stylish chairs. KING SIZE BEDROOM AND CINEMA ROOM - Spacious bedroom with a huge king size bed and a comfy mattress. This bedroom contains the jewel of the crown which is a smart 4K projector so you can feel you are at the cinema but in your PJ's :). And for those professional travellers there is a dedicated office space with a desk and chair. BATHROOM - Soft close toilet, big basin with vanity mirror, tiled walls, built in hotel-like hair dryer and wall mounted gel and shampoo dispenser. Perfect for a warm bath after attending a musical at The Alhambra. It is a secure and gated building, paired with an excellent outdoors courtyard with tables and benches, which make it completely family friendly, perfect for those picnic days !

Safe neighbourhood and very lively! full of places to go and things to do. There is concierge and CCTV on site for added extra security. Grade II scenic buildings which are normally used to record movies and series as THE CROWN. Free Parking on premises. There is always spaces available. The train station is very close and easy access to Leeds. The Alhambra Theatre and The Broadway are 10 mins away:)
