THE SPACE - This stylish 3 bed apartment is located on the first floor of a new build block of flats in Elrick. The kitchen space is packed with all essentials. The stylish lounge area features a comfy sofa and a 50” Smart TV so you can unwind with some Netflix. The main bathroom features a bath with a shower to help you refresh. There is also an ensuite bathroom of the main bedroom which features a walk in shower. In the 3 bedrooms you will find a very comfortable King size bed, Double bed and 2x Single beds to rest your head in the sumptuous beds. Included in the apartment is a washing machine so that you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions. Ideally based just off of one of the city's main streets - King Street, our Apartment is nestled on the quiet Roslin Terrace. It is within walking distance of Westhill where you can find a number of bars, restaurants and take aways. A car is not essential however with a free designated parking spot and multiple visitor spaces available we recommend taking one.
