Bring your loved ones along into this lovely, huge& relaxing, very family friendly space with a garden. Boasts a dedicated office room if you find yourself having to work remotely whilst away. Very close to the Ricoh Arena, Gallagher Retail park and just a short drive to the city centre. Ideal for long walks as well as there are a few parks around and the neighbourhood is very well lit, peaceful and very quiet. The host is also a local and lived here for 10+ years so would be glad to guide. Unfortunately we are unable to host pets due to short cleaning windows between guests checking and also PARTIES are strictly forbidden and would lead to immediate eviction. Smoking is equally not allowed in the building, however there is a spacious garden to accommodate this.
A local and a very keen golfer, footballer, general athletic & fitness enthusiast. If you are in the town for business, leisure or to party be sure you can get a good city guide from the Host, just ask away.
I lived in the area for 10 years and raised my kids in the area as well so it's quite a safe area. Safe enough to take a midnight walk in, very well lit, friendly and responsible neighbours. There are few parks within a very short distance, good amenities, good transport links and also wide range of delivery services are accessible.
