There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. To the outside is a decked balcony with furniture and allocated parking for 1 car. Mid Air is a beautiful base for exploring this fine part of Cornwall. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 300 for this development - please note that there are building works taking place adjacent to The Sands apartments for the Azure development. These are due to be completed in the mid 2023Lift access is available. Lift access should not be solely relied upon as if not operational due to maintenance / fault you will need to use the stairs.
