The house was clean, spacious and in a very quiet location. Loved the park opposite and it was 30 mins walk to the city centre.

Child & Pet Friendly. Situated next to a stunning park with river and only a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk into York City Centre. This space is ideal for a family stay with 2 x double beds and 2 x single and is pet friendly. With a spacious private and fully fenced back garden.
Flaxman Avenue is an Air BnB Property Hosted by GT3 Properties Ltd. We will not be able to be there in person but will be available on the other end of the phone.
Quiet setting next to a park. On street parking available outside property. 30 minute walk into City Centre or 5 minute drive.
