Hi, I am Maidstone & Medway property. I have been a local in the Maidstone and Medway areas for more than 20 years, have great experience hosting our Airbnb guests and understand the exceptions of the guests very well. Additionally, I am passionate about hospitality field and enjoy meeting the guests and taking care of them while they stay at our properties to meet their needs. Looking after the guests at our property is our top priority. Guests will be well looked after and be provided guest support of 24/7 by the host. The Airbnb message will be monitored should the guests require for anything during their stay.

Recently refurbished to a very high standard with fairly luxurious and comfortable fittings and furnishings within the property. Modern, comfortable and spacious home to relax, enjoy and rest during the guests stay at the property. 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to and from Gillingham train station, which links with fast train to London. Gillingham High Street has fabulous eateries and coffee shops.

Neighborhood info

A quiet residential place with a good neighbourhood area. Gillingham park is very close to the property - 5 minutes walk. Convenience stores are within a 5 minutes walk. There are local Londis shop on Canterbury Street road and NISA local on A2 road that are open 7:30am-10pm. Large supermarket are Tesco Extra and Aldi which are 5 -7 minutes drive away. Places to eat and drink: A2 road near the property in Gillingham is full of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants, all within short walking distance (5 minutes). Alternatively, Gillingham and Chatham High Streets offer many places for eat and drink. Local attractions: Great day out to St Andrew's Lake for water activities. Enjoy walking around Mote Park and Leeds Castle for a great day out in Maidstone. In addition, other attractions are Rochester Cathedral, historical Chatham Dockyard, Upnor Castle, Victoria Gardens and Rochester Castle etc. We are within 10-minute walk of Gillingham High Street. Gillingham train station is a 10-minute walk. To arrive at the property location, you could use junction 2 or 3 of the M2 motorway and follow Chatham and Gillingham using roads A229 or A2.
