Entire rental unit in the heart of Shoreditch, 5 minutes from Shoreditch High Street Station and 10 minutes from Liverpool Street Station. Located in the centre of Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane. Our property is of premium high quality, in the perfect location for any professionals for a peaceful stay. As well as, for couples and groups for the perfect getaway in London. We offer a fully furnished, professionally cleaned property with all facilities available onsite. Fresh linen is provided in the property as well as tea, coffee and sugar to help you settle in your home away from home. Our fast WiFi and smart TV provides you with a variety of streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, YouTube etc (no live channels are available), giving you endless entertainment if you choose to enjoy a night in. Furthermore, the entertainment opportunities are endless, from various restaurants and activities within the area, you’ll always have something to look forward to each day. All rooms within the property are very spacious with basic necessities provided. Although it is located in a very popular and thriving area, the property is situated on a quiet, residential street approximately 10/15 minutes walk from any loud social activities. Ensuring balance between peace and fun for all guests. Enjoy! Other things to note: A refundable security deposit is required per booking. As long as the property is left in the same condition prior to your stay and we have received the keys, the security deposit will be processed and paid back within 5-10 working days. Upon booking confirmation, we also require a valid copy of photo ID to verify guest identity. Both tasks can be completed through the pre-arrival form sent after booking. Lost keys will incur a charge. House rules: No smoking in the premises No parties allowed No more than 3 guests permitted per booking Failure to abide by the above rules will result in a loss of the deposit.
