The Southfield Apartment is modern and very spacious throughout. There is a private parking space which is essential in St Andrews. The location is just off Kinnesburn Road a beautiful part of St Andrews. A short walk through Fleming Place will bring you into South Street the heart of St Andrews. Outside the apartment there is a private courtyard where you can sit without being disturbed.
I am a Golf Professional based in the Home of Golf St Andrews. I operate a golf tour operator which gives me good knowledge of the local area and access to golf courses. Special prices in the local Indoor Golf Centre. The apartment is located only a 5 minute walk into the heart of St Andrews (only 300 yards from South Street).
The Property is located a short walk into the centre of town but far enough outside the centre so you have peace and quiet when in the property. The property has its an allocated parking space within the private car park located to the rear of the property. This is a great base to explore St Andrews as its close enough to walk to the town centre, attractions and golf courses most of which can be walked to within 15 minutes.
