Our comfortable and spacious room is in a very convenient location just a short walk to the City Centre and the famous Northern Quarter and is the perfect base for experiencing all that the city of Manchester has to offer. It is ideal for up to two guests. IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting 01 August 2023, Rooms 2 and 3 would have no more access to the ground floor (kitchen included). Individual small fridge, toaster, microwave, hot water kettle, crockery and cutleries good for 2 person per room would be provided at this time. Bright Bedroom: The room boasts a comfortable SUPER KING SIZED bed for you to sink into after a long days sightseeing. There is a wardrobe and hangers, a desk and a chair to relax on. The window overlooks the garden. Modern Bathrooms: There is a bright, modern and clean bathroom with a large bath which is ideal for running yourself a relaxing bubble bath after a long day. There is also a shower over the bath with excellent water pressure. The bathroom is stocked with all essential toiletries. Towels are provided. There is also a hand modern toilet and basin in the house. Stay Connected: The super fast WiFi in the house is ideal for streaming your favourite films or if you need to do business from the house. Parking: There is one parking spot at the front of the house to be shared between guests. If this spot is used then you can park on the road for free, just please be respectful to neighbours ensuring that no driveways are blocked. Access: The property has a self-check-in and check-out process so that you can come and go at your leisure. We are available throughout your stay, and we work with a fantastic concierge service which means that we are available 24-7 to help with any queries or provide recommendations on restaurants or places to visit.
