Property info

A well-proportioned modern townhouse, featuring a large living space with a kitchen/diner and downstairs WC. The first floor offers two large double bedrooms with an en-suite shower room to bed one and a separate family bathroom. Finally, the second floor holds a twin bedroom with a further WC. One allocated parking space to the front with additional on-street parking if required. Tesco Express and Morrisons are within a 2 minute walk and is located on a bus route. There is plenty of space for families or groups to spread out over the property and enjoy privacy when required. We are Pet Friendly! Please contact us directly for confirmation of the small charge.

Hansas Place is located equidistant from the A49 and Shrewsbury town centre, being about a mile from each. It is conveniently placed for Shrewsbury Town Training Ground, Shrewsbury Sports Village, the Battlefield Enterprise park and the Hencote Estate. With a Tesco Express and Morrisons supermarket within a few minutes walk and located on the bus route.
