BOOK FRIDAY & SATURDAY AND GET SUNDAY NIGHT FREE Fantastic four bedroom, two bathroom, first floor maisonette located just minutes from Brighton Pier, the beach and The Lanes. Sleeping 12, it's a fantastic base for groups staying for a weekend or corporate lets in the week. White washed floors, soft greys, clean lines and contemporary furniture create this stylish holiday home which comes with some traditional features, beautiful pieces of furniture and Brighton wall art. The property is located above the The Mucky Duck pub- an independent, laid back pub and open house which offers live music on Wednesdays and Thursdays until 11pm and DJs until 1am on weekends. Guests are invited to have a drink whilst waiting for others in the group to get ready. As this is a popular pub in a lively area, it may not be suited to families with children. Parking There is no parking for this property. For additional parking, please web search 'Parkopedia' for affordable local parking. No wheelchair access/ No lift/ Apartment over two floors/ The owners do not accept stag groups.
