Each apartment has been tastefully decorated and furnished , and are fully equipped to enable a self catering stay. Our aim is for you to have an enjoyable comfortable stay in our properties, with our team available seven days per week to ensure this happens.

Emma Place comprises five modern, luxury 2 bedroom apartments in Devon. Situated a stone’s throw from Royal William Yard, Plymouth Docks, & Plymouth City Centre; it’s the perfect location by the sea and nearby restaurants all within walking distance. Our luxurious holiday home is newly renovated for 2023 yet retains many of its original features– beautiful Georgian style windows & original ceiling pieces. This holiday rental in Devon is dog friendly and a perfect home away from home! This two bedroom apartment also has the benefit of a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge, enabling flexible sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. There is superfast wifi throughout and a large smart TV in the lounge.
