Newly refurbished to a high standard with fully fitted and equipped kitchen - inc : built in electric oven with gas hob, large intergrated fridge/freezer especially useful for longer reservations. Washing machine and all small appliances expected within the kitchen. Clean, contemporary shower room with large walk in shower. Comfortable lounge area with sofa, flat screen tv, dining table with seating for 4. Relaxing bedroom with full size double bed with comfy memory topped mattress, built in wardrobe cupboard and ample drawer space. Contemporary hard flooring throughout for a modern, clean finish. Located in the highly popular ‘Avenues’ area just off Newland Ave and close to the many bars, bistros and restaurants of the area, but just far enough away to not be a disturbance for sleeping. Good available street parking. A short walk away from Hull University and approx 5 mins by road to Hull City Centre, KC Stadium, Hull Royal Infirmary.
