This newly refurbished apartment has all the facilities you might need for a break in Brighton. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster as well as a well stocked kitchen with pots pans and all the crockery and cutlery you might need for your stay. In the living room there is housed a 4KTV as well as and Xbox Series S and several board games for you to enjoy. In both the bedrooms you can find double beds with OTTY award winning mattresses that will ensure you get a great nights sleep. Also provided for each guest are Soak and Sleep bath sheets and hand towels for a luxurious dry. WIFI is available throughout the apartment, provided by Virgin Media. At 200mb you'll have no trouble at all using as many devices as you wish simultaneously as well as enjoying Netflix and Amazon prime video included on the TV. Stepping through the back doors you can relax on our patio in which the sun shines beautifully onto the wooden decking and solar lamps illuminate at night. In the bathroom Faith in Nature soap, shower gel and conditioner are all provided so you can enjoy a rejuvenating shower and not have to worry about packing your disposables!

The property is located 5 minute walk from the station, nearby to the chic and iconic 7 dials area. The centre of town is less than a 15 minute walk way and the beach won't take you more than 20 minutes to arrive at on foot. There are several pubs, bars and restaurants in the area but thankfully the double glazed windows mean you'll still get a peaceful night's sleep. There are also several green spaces nearby despite being so central, with Preston Park, the level and many more grassy areas all within a 10 minute walk.
