    Very spacious and well equipped. It has everything one could need on a short stay. Very nice little touches from the host - enough toiletry unlike most other places. Wine in the fridge.

The house has recently been completely renovated but maintains its Victorian charm and character and has a warm and welcoming feel to it. The three bedrooms are all warm cosy doubles and the open plan kitchen/ lounge a homely space for families to gather ,eat and socialise together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect. The front lounge is a lovely snug area and a place for children or adults to relax, to take in a movie or play a classic board game. We have two 55 inch TVs with full streaming package.and Super fast WiFi New carpets have recently been fitted throughout.The bathroom has windows and extractor fan, bath and shower. Outside there is a lovely enclosed garden with raised decking area and table and chairs for el fresco dining and relaxing.The house is a full time dedicated holiday home and is sparkling clean throughout!!! We offer self "check in" "check out" via the lockbox which we find is most popular with our guests. We are on hand though throughout your stay should you require anything, or if you have a problem. We ask that you contact us by message in the first instance so that we can organise the right tradesman or attend ourselves.
We are perfectly placed between Southbourne and Bournemouth Town Centre both of which cater for a huge range of amenities and activities. We are a short ( few minute walk )from Southbourne with its host of restaurants and bars and only about a 20 minute walk from the beach. The “vintage quarter” at Pokesdown where there are over 40 antique and vintage clothing shops is virtually on your doorstep. For those that want to get “out and about” the beautiful Quays both at Mudeford and Poole are a must visit, or for the day trip Studland and Corfe Castle, which need no introduction. Breath taking walks over the Purbecks along Dorset’s Jurassic coastline and along to old Harry rocks is a popular trip, as is a visit to the Saxon town of Christchurch with its priory and river walks.. Wimborne is another favourite visit and is a 30 minute car ride away. For a country hike the New Forest is a 20 mins drive away or equally as pleasant, a walk through the numerous chines around the area if you want to stay local. If you are attending a premier league football match the home of AFC Bournemouth is situated in Kings Park, which is about a 10-15 minute walk away as is the O2 Arena, which hosts numerous acts and events across the year. Bournemouth International Centre is a 10 minute drive away and features numerous pop acts and shows to suit all age groups.
