My name is Gavin, I am married to Haley and have three small children, Grace, Millie and Henham. In 2021 we purchased a former Hotel which included 7 self-contained lodges. The main house is now separated from the lodges which we rent out as individual holiday lets. I reside in the house next to the apartment and I am available should I be required. Otherwise I leave guests to enjoy the lodge.

Property info

This property was formerly a large hotel with an additional 7 self-contained lodges located at the rear. In 2021 we purchased the property and converted the main hotel into a residential home for our family. The 7 lodges have been refurbished and we now rent them out as self-contained units. Lodges 1, 2 and 3 includes kitchenettes, whilst lodges 4,5,6 and 7 have tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge but no cooking facilities. This room has a Super King size bed and a 42 inch smart TV so that you can relax during your stay with us. We also offer tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge.

Neighborhood info

We are located on the edge of Southwold, just a 15 minute walk into Southwold. We have a large plot with ample parking and a large garden area. The Randolph hotel is located around the corner and it is possible to walk into Southwold via a public footpath across the marshes. Please ensure that guests park in the designated parking areas which are located on the right as you enter the property. Please do not park directly outside the property as this is reserved for the drop off of less able guests. A footpath can be good across the road from the property which leads to Southwold.
