The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors at Ocean Cottage are audible only so the property may not be suited to those hard of hearing if traveling without a hearing buddy. There is a travel cot (bring your own bedding) and a travel high chair (which sits on top of a dining chair) at the property but please note that the maximum occupancy of 6 people at the property does include infants - this is for your comfort and safety as well as our insurance. For safety & security the front driveway area is monitored by RING cameras. A completed booking form detailing the guests on the booking and their nationality must be received no later than 14 days before your arrival date or within 24 hours of booking if booked within 14 days of arrival. Passport details are required for any guests who are not British, Irish or Commonwealth citizens.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £350 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
