Value for money property with underfloor heating. It was wet and windy whilst we were there but the property was lovely and warm. Thoughtful owners gave us small groceries in the apartment with a coffee machine which was amply stocked for our three night stay. We will definitely return to this location. Thank you!

A luxury home from home, a detached one bedroom bungalow in a south facing position with stunning countryside views. Open plan lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Large wet room shower. Private parking. Proud to be awarded a four gold star self catering rating by the AA.
I will be available to welcome you to our self catering bungalow and show you around. I also live on the property (separate building) and will be available should you require any assistance or information during your stay.
Our property is located one mile from Kingsbridge and has glorious countryside views towards Salcombe and is ideally situated for exploring all that this stunning area of outstanding natural beauty has to offer… Ramble the South West Coast Path, relax on glorious sandy beaches such as Bantham, Thurlestone and Hope Cove, visit historic towns (Totnes and Dartmouth) or quaint villages and of course many tourist attractions and activities. The area is abundant in local eateries, if you don’t fancy using the self catering facilities you will not be disappointed if you explore the local pubs and restaurants. You will find our nearest bus stop just 400 yards away, from here you catch a direct bus to Totnes for connecting services to the English Riveria and Exeter, or just pop down into Kingsbridge for services to Salcombe, Dartmouth and Plymouth. An inland footpath is accessible to walk into Kingsbridge (1.6 miles), and a local Taxis service is also available on request. Please note that the property is located on an AA five gold pennant caravan, camping and glamping site. The whole site is adults only and no dogs.
