Built to exacting standards and fully equipped for modern living, the property boasts a remarkable wraparound veranda. The innovative "upside-down" layout maximizes the stunning vistas.
A vast, two-tiered, 180-degree wraparound veranda showcases unparalleled panoramic views of Lyme Bay. The upper level is a dedicated entertainment zone, featuring a comfortable TV room with plush seating and access to the upper veranda – offering what are arguably the finest views in the area. The middle level houses the main open-plan living and dining space, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen. Ample seating is provided both indoors and out, along with an al fresco dining area, barbecue, and a children's play area.
Within easy walking distance of all Lyme Regis's attractions, this truly spectacular property is perfect for memorable family holidays or getaways with friends.

Access: Due to its elevated position, this property is accessed via stairs. This elevation is what provides the incredible views.

Lyme Regis is a real gem, an unspoiled seaside town that consistently ranks among the UK's best. It's got a great creative vibe, and there's loads to do for all ages. Fancy a bit of paddleboarding or kayaking? Maybe some mackerel fishing? There are museums to explore, gorgeous sandy beaches for lazy days, and a fantastic selection of pubs and restaurants serving top-notch local food. It's the kind of place you just want to come back to. When evening comes, the town takes on a whole new feel, with twinkling lights along the gardens and bay, and plenty of places to grab a drink, have a delicious meal, or just enjoy a romantic walk by the sea.
