Park View Chase is located in a very convenient position 5 minutes from the A1237 ring road but only a stones throw from the City Centre. It is very handy for access to the East Coast, Heartbeat Land, Mcarthur Glen York and many more attractions. The house is located approximately 2 miles from the centre of York. Half an hours walk, short taxi ride, nearby bus stop or park and ride all provide easy access into the City. The house is located on a modern development. Park View Chase is a spacious a 3 story townhouse. There has been much attention to detail in preparing the décor and furnishings. The house is made up of kitchen, lounge dining room and downstairs toilet/cloakroom on the ground floor. The 1st floor contains a spacious twin bedded and double bedroom along with family bathroom. On the top floor there is a very spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is free wi-fi throughout the property along with TV, DVD and X Box.
Karen is your host at Park View Chase where she has become renowned in a short space of time for her welcoming Lemon Drizzle cakes!! She will be happy to answer any questions or requests you may have.
As mentioned the house is on a relatively new development which is in easy proximity of the city centre, however, it is in a quiet location which allows a good nights sleep. Within a stones throw ( 200 yards or so ) of the House is the Lysander Arms which is one of the most popular public houses/restaurants in the city. Their bar and restaurant is immaculately maintained and their extensive menu is excellent. Also within three quarters of a mile you have McDonalds, Tesco Extra, Frankie and Bennies, Chiquitos, Bella Pasta and many more eateries & department stores. On the same complex you also have Vue Cinemas and 10 pin bowling. If you don't want to travel into the city but need to entertain the kids for a day this is ideal. Also within 2 miles, just off the ring road you have Creepy Crawlies adventure play complex with it's petting farm, outside play area, go-carts,indoor giant slides, extensive restaurant menu and so much more.
