This comfortable and spacious, 19th-century stone barn conversion is peacefully situated in rural West Devon, 9 miles from Tavistock and nestling on the western edge of Dartmoor and some 5 miles from the border with Cornwall. The cottage is internally oak beamed throughout, and features an impressive vaulted bedroom with kingsize bed and a large en-suite bathroom featuring separate bath and shower. The living room features a multi-fuel stove and Smart TV. The on-site store also stocks farm eggs and selected local jams and pottery when available. We are very dog friendly and dog towels, bowls and a stairgate are all provided. Externally the cottage enjoys a courtyard setting being situated in the walled ’old farm yard’ adjacent to the owners’ home. There is off road parking right outside the front of the cottage. To the rear, the cottage enjoys its own enclosed and lawned garden with patio and garden furniture.
