The property was historically an old milking parlour, hence why it has been given the Welsh name which translates to 'the cowshed'. The property has been lovingly renovated into a spacious one bedroom cottage. Y Beudy is set in the stunning Carmarthenshire country side and sits off the beaten track, only a 10 minute drive from Llandeilo. The property is located in a black sky area, close to mountains and 35 minutes from our nearest beach, there will be plenty to do and see in Carmarthenshire.
Tim and I got married two years ago now, we had a wonderful farmhouse that we have decided to let out to holiday makers, but now you will be in our back field on your own, a perfect space to meditate and take some time out! Tim is a tree surgeon, so the fire is never short of logs, I am an elderly care worker. We both love singing, Tim plays the violin and I play African drum. We have a small holding, with two dogs, 6 chickens, a rooster, and 7 Embden geese and soon 5 lambs, they are family. We love hosting and look forward to welcoming you to our retreat.
