Our large 2 bedroom property comes equipped with kitchen, and a bathroom including a bath and a shower. The house has been decorated to give you that home-from-home feeling, and the clever layout means up to 6 people can be accommodated. Please note that that we have 2 zip and lock king sized beds which can be configured into 4 singles. This will need to be confirmed on booking. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your ID via Superhog to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
I chose to manage this Peak Period Property as it is somewhere I would stay with my family. The house is homely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you have a space you would like to make into a holiday let, please contact me.
Valley Road is set in the idyllic countryside of Chesterfield among rolling hills and stunning architecture including the infamous 13th Century crooked spire Church. Just 30 mins drive to Heights of Abraham, Bakewell and Chatsworth House & surrounded by country parks and walking trails, makes the perfect location no matter your interests. With fantastic eateries, a Bowling Alley and Cineworld just a short drive away, you are never far from entertainment. Not to mention Peak Rail for the railway enthusiasts, and Matlock Farm Park which makes a fantastic family day out.
