A modern and newly renovated 2-bedroom home in a tranquil setting with on-site parking. The guest bedroom features stunning views of the Pentland Hills, with your own private entrance from the garden. The garden also has a private hot tub shed area to enjoy. The open-plan kitchen-living room has a large built-in entertainment centre with large TV, fireplace, record player, fitness items and games. The kitchen has access to everything you need for cooking, washing and drying and the bathroom is newly renovated with large walk-in shower.
I love swimming and fitness, exploring the city, going to comedy shows and live music, trying new foods and travelling. As an avid traveller, I know how important a good place to stay is when enjoying exploring a new city so I try my best to provide the same top quality experience for guests that I would want to have. I am American and my husband is an Edinburgh local and we love to explore Edinburgh so if you're looking for ideas, we know all the hot spots as well as the hidden gems to explore. We are both very friendly and love a chat but we understand not everyone does so we are happy to flex to your style and needs.
Pentland Park is a tranquil park home community with stunning views of the Pentland Hills. Located within minutes of a large shopping centre, Straiton Retail Park, with access to supermarkets, restaurants, fast food and clothings stores-it has everything you need. Buses directly to the city centre are located just outside the park-minutes walk from the house. Many recreational activities are located very close such as horse riding, golf, ski sports centre, fitness centres and pools. cycling and walking trails and more. Additionally, it is a short walk from top-rated gin distillery and brewery.
