The flat is situated on the 4th floor of a gated mini Estate in Docklands, London. The floor is accessible by a lift and stairs. As you enter this bright and airy flat you are welcomed into the entrance hall where you will find doors to all of the other rooms, as well as handy storage cupboards for coats and shoes etc. There are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The lounge/diner is located on the south of the building where you will also find the balcony door, great for those summer nights. Then you turn the corner where you will find a well equipped kitchen. The flat overlooks the Woolwich Ferry. King George V DLR station is just 4mins walk away, providing access to Canary Wharf in under 20 minutes and The City in just 25 minutes. 15 minutes walk from London City Airport, and either approx 7 mins walk from the Woolwich Ferry. Local shops and services are also close by.
