Good location for us. Very welcoming and calming. Tea and coffee in room and TV. Parking on driveway. We walked along The Byes into Sidmouth.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for families or couples. It's been newly renovated to a high standard. Continental breakfasts - a good selection of morning goods Free Parking on site Dogs accepted but ask prior to booking There are two double bedrooms with a private bathroom across the hallway from the bedrooms and a separate toilet downstairs, full use of a dining room throughout the stay, guest are welcome to have take aways in the evenings and use the garden. Guest will have their own access to the property, Available to book both rooms together for friends and families or separately if only one room is required. No access to the kitchen. Garden. Tea and Coffee available The host lives in the house with separate living facilities, access and a beagle
I have separate access to my kitchen and lounge downstairs but will walk though the guest area to reach my own bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Guest will not have access to my living area or the kitchen.
Sidmouth with many bars and restaurants is a 25 minute walk through a beautiful landscaped footpath or 5 minute drive, there is also a cinema. Sidmouth observatory and the donkey sanctuary are a 10 minute drive. Sidmouth is easy to get around by car or walking, there is easy access to the Byes which is a lovely walk into town and the beach. There is a regular bus service into Exeter, Lyme Regis and Honiton. There are some beautiful cycling routes around Sidmouth. There is a safe place to secure bikes but it is outside.
