Poets House is an Attractive 3 bed room detached property which comprises of 2 x Double Bedrooms one with a king-size bed then other is a double, and One x Single , open lounge/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Outside you will find an attractive garden with big driveway with parking for 3 cars. Poets Corner is within walking distance to York it will take around 20-25 minutes, there is a great bus service than runs every 15 minutes.

Neighborhood info

Poets Corner is located in a suburb of York that is called Rawcliffle, around the corner you wil find a children play park and local library, there is a coffee shop and fish and chip shop along with a small convience store. Further down the Road is an Aldi. Rawcliffle is a 20 to 25minute walk in to town and here you will pass Clifton Green and find a pub to maybe stop in and enjoy a drink or two, on the same street you will find a butchers that does award winning Pies and enjoys a friendly conversation with every one he meets. Next door to him is a great Tea room that has some of the best cakes in York. Further down the street is where you then come into Bootham where you will pass the fantastic St Peters school where Guy Fawkes went many years ago, after you have finished admiring the school and continue on the walk you will come across more pubs and coffee shops.
