I booked the property for family members visiting from abroad. The location was great and the place itself was also great. The place was clean, the bedrooms were comfortable. There were one or two hiccups but it happened near the end of their stay so it didn’t really affect their stay.

We require full electrical, gas and other safety certificates to be updated annually by the owners. Our team is Cristina, Maddy, and Mandie (plus a platoon of housekeepers and handymen and women who keep our holiday cottages in tip top condition). Portland Street Apartment is a comfortable third floor furnished apartment just a few minutes walk to the centre of Leamington Spa - making it the perfect place to stay if you are working in Leamington Spa. The apartment is a duplex apartment with stairs inside the property. On the first floor you will find the spacious living room that is furnished with a comfortable sofa and easy chair and a gas fire - the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The living room also has a dining table with seating for up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need for a long or short stay in Leamington Spa; an electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer and a variety of utensils and chinaware. The family bathroom is located on the first floor comprising a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. The bedrooms are located on the second floor of the apartment. Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful town located in the heart of Warwickshire. The town grew into a spa town in the 18th century due to the popularity of it's natural spa springs and there are excellent examples of Regency architecture. It has a number of parks, leafy avenues and lovely walks along the River Leam which flows through the town. Located in the heart of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, there are many places to visit in the surrounding area including stunning Warwick Castle,and Stratford-Upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare. Leamington Spa is now known as the UK home of many games and software development companies, affectionately known as “Silicon Spa” due to the number of businesses in the town. Leamington Spa has excellent transport links. By road it is just off the M40 which connects to Birmingham, Oxford and London.
