Portside at Number 1 is situated at Consols at the top of St Ives, the location is peaceful and in the perfect spot for coastal walks and wandering into town to the beaches, bars & restaurants. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay a beautiful. Recently refurbished (2021) 3 bedroom 2 floor semi-detached house with parking, comfortably accommodating & sleeping up to 5 people. The downstairs area is open-plan, light and airy with private access leading into an entrance hall with downstairs w/c. Through to the fully equipped kitchen dining area with glazed double doors through to the lounge, large smart TV and Alexa with patio doors leading to a private balcony for alfresco dining and the odd sundowner or 2. Outside the property there is a small front garden the catches the sun for most of the day and a dedicated, secure private parking space at the rear of the property. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The Master double, with it's own ensuite, Juliette balcony with far reaching views of the surrounding countryside. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and countryside views. Bedroom 3 is a large single bedroom, again with rural views. The family bathroom is off the landing.
Hi everyone, Shane and I love the whole concept of Booking dot com. We really enjoy both hosting guests in our holiday home and apartment and when travelling ourselves, often stay at places using Booking dot com. The Booking dot com website & App are easy to use, making keeping track of your bookings & trips very straightforward. Portside is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay and is self contained with private access. We live a few doors away and will not disturb you, but are on hand should you have any questions. There is a key safe outside the front, giving you the key to the front door main entrance. We allow our guests as much privacy as they wish, but we are available to offer local knowledge and advice. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions throughout your stay and we look forward to assisting you in any way we can.You will have your own private parking space a few metres from your front door, which is a real bonus when visiting St Ives. We have created this spacious house to be a peaceful haven after a long day exploring, eating and drinking.
Located at Consols, in the peaceful, higher part of St Ives with only a 2 minute walk to the rural countryside. Consols offers tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Fantastic countryside views surround us but it's only 1 mile from the harbour to the west and 5 minute walk to join the coastal path. The world famous Leach Pottery, established in 1920 is only a short walk towards town and the Tate Gallery, harbour and beaches are only a 20 minute stroll away. A local play park and skatepark are a 5 minute walk away without having to cross any main roads. Discover clifftop walks, hiking trails and stunning sea views with dolphins and seals surfing below! Take your board down to Porthmeor Beach and join the other surf nuts - or just relax on the beautiful golden sand. There is a regular (summer months) bus service is approximately 100m away at the end of the private lane. National Rail and bus stations are downtown, all within a 15 minutes walk. Cab firms are available locally, details can be found in the information pack provided
