Furnished with double bed and orthpaedic mattress, double mirrored sliding wardrobe, desk and chair for working or studying. Tucked away fridge and microwave. A kettle to make tea/coffee and water within the room. Made to order Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner options for eating within the room or taking away. Guest can include breakfast with their order served between 6am-10am Lunch or Dinner options on arrival at additional cost. TV with Sky channels and Netflix available in the room Unlimited Broadband & WiFi throughout the property Heating and portable fan within room Lift access to room from ground floor No smoking withing property Designated smoking area outside the property Friendly Pets are welcome and agreed before arrival via email Children are also welcome. A friendly host, we love to accomodate guests from all over the world. Enjoy reading, watching movies and travelling. Currently don't own any pets, though, happy to accommodate guests with a pet. Guest can order Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner meals from 6am until 9pm. Choice of dishes include, Meats, Vegetarian or Vegan options. As well as popular English, Caribbean, African, Asian, Italian and American dishes from around the world.
Walking distance to Supermarkets such as Co-op and Tesco superstore. Essex University, Hythe Station and Restaurants are also waking distance or a short drive away. Colchester City Centre is 5 to 10 mins drive away. Some popular visitors attractions - Leisure world, Go bananas, Colchester Zoo, Castle Museum and Castle Park. The river which leads to beachside such as Brightlingsea, West Mersea and Clacton on Sea are within 10 to 15 miles drive away.
