The co-living property is a smart and stylish space. The apartments are newly refurbished and are decorated in a neutral palette. The apartments themselves have a double bed (UK Size), 43 Inch TV, modern private bathroom with standing shower and a small kitchenette area with fridge, sink and kettle. The main living, cooking and dining area is a shared space on the ground floor. There are 2 sofa's and TV, fully stocked kitchen, dining table and chairs and washer/dryer machine. Private Apartment - UK Double Bed, Beside Table(s), Blinds, TV, Kitchenette (Fridge, Kettle, Welcome Amenities (Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk), Mugs & Glasses), Private Bathroom. Communal Space - 2 Sofa's, Coffee Table, 50 Inch TV, Dining Table & Chairs, Full standing fridge, Washer/Dryer, Hoover, Oven, Induction Hob, Microwave, Kitchen Utensils, Mugs, Glasses, Ovenware, Plates, Cutlery, Placemats. - There are also Bi-Fold Doors with small courtyard garden TV's - The TV's are internet based with the latest apps. You will need to sign into your own Netflix, Disney, BBC iPlayer etc accounts. Please log out of any accounts on the TV on departure. Washer Dryer - The machine is free to use and there are laundry tablets under the sink in the communal kitchen. Appliances - We have an appliance guide in an orange wallet under the kitchen sink in the communal area. Iron/Ironing Board/Hoover/Clothes Airer - These items are communal and shared between the residents. Welcome Amenities - We provide hotel style small bottles of shampoo, body wash, body lotion and soap bar. We also provide some tea, coffee sachets, milk sachets and salt/sugar. Please note that these aren't replenished your stay.

Neighborhood info

East Sheen is an affluent suburb in South West London, located next to Richmond. Our property is superbly placed on the main high-street with lots of shops, cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. Mortlake Overground station is a 5-minute walk away or you can jump on the bus 10-minutes to Richmond where you can catch both the London Underground on the District Line or London Overground. You would be forgiven for forgetting your in London, with small boutique shops, river walks and generally a quieter pace of living. Head to Rick Stein's riverside restaurant only a 15 minute walk away for some fresh quality seafood. If you are visiting friends or family at Roehampton University, you are under 10 minutes by car. For avid walkers, Richmond Park is a short walk away. Its about 14 minutes to the closest entrance at Sheen Gate.
