Boaters Hill House (sleeps 8) is set at the centre of a conservation farm in the Norfolk Broads National Park with fine views over the River Waveney. It has recently been renovated with new bathrooms and benefits from its own private hot tub. The bedrooms can either be configured as four doubles or four twin rooms. Well behaved dogs are welcome! Boaters Hill House can be booked in conjuction with our other Holiday property The Cart Lodge which can sleep 6 and is about 80 metres away.

The Suffolk Heritage Coast is within easy reach, along with the market towns of Beccles and Bungay. The seaside towns of Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh are all within easy reach Birdwatchers will doubtless head for the RSPB sanctuary at Minsmere, while closer at hand is the lesser-known Benacre Broad at Covehithe. Then again, guests may simply prefer to stay on the Award winning Conservation Farm.
