Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Located on the South Downs Way, overlooking meadows and riverbanks, enjoy this spectacular three bedroom cottage for up to six people. Moments from the pretty medieval village of Alfriston and within the South Downs National Park, enjoy visits to vineyards (check out nearby Rathfinny), the Bloomsbury set's Charleston or maybe opera at Glyndebourne. Enjoy meals with family and friends in the open plan kitchen diner with fabulous space and a large dining table to seat eight. It's very well equipped with oven, grill, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, gas hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, microwave and toaster, plus pots, pans and utensils. The relaxing lounge has two huge sofas and comfortable chairs overlooking your private terrace, with the meadows and winding river beyond, plus a smart TV. There are three bedrooms upstairs; one double, one twin and the master ensuite room, which can be set as kingsize or with twin beds if preferred. As well as the ensuite shower room in the master bedroom, there is a separate large family bathroom upstairs with a big tub and double sinks, plus a downstairs cloakroom.

Neighborhood info

The house is literally on the South Downs, one of the UK's most spectacular walking/biking trails. How about taking tours of the nearby vineyards? Or taking a bike tour (you can hire bikes, including electric options)? Eastbourne is just the other side of the hills which has all the essentials, cinema and real life if you fancy it or head in the other direction to sample all the delights of Brighton.
