Believed to have been built for the Captain of the Mines, Rosevean House is a rarity on the North Coast of Cornwall. It is a substantial six double bedroom property located in the heart of the thriving village of St Agnes.

Information correct at time of writing. Within walking distance there is an excellent choice of local shops, restaurants and pubs. St Agnes has two excellent sandy beaches, Trevaunance Cove (10 minute walk) and Chapel Porth which is owned by the National Trust. Both are popular and suit all ages, try your hand at rock pooling or give surfing a shot. St Agnes itself has a butcher, two bakers, two small supermarkets, two greengrocers, and a fish “ deli “ and there is a fishmonger on the way to Chapel Porth – so it is easy to “shop local”. Surf lessons and equipment hire are available at Trevaunance Cove and coasteering and guided kayaking are further options. Otherwise, play a game of tennis at St Agnes Tennis Club where you can “pay to play.” For the less adventurous, St Agnes is well known as a centre for arts and crafts and there are a wealth of workshops and galleries to explore.
