Das Haus liegt nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße. Deshalb ist es auch sehr ruhig. Außerdem kann man von dort aus schöne Wanderungen an der Küste starten. Mit Hund ist es ideal, einerseits die Küstenwege, aber nicht weit weg schon tolle Strände. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Die Hausverwaltung hat sich super schnell und nett um alles gekümmert. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war ausgezeichnet.
