Woodland Escapes is a small family run holiday let business, managed by three generations of women. We have all grown up in the Shropshire Hills and are in completely in tune with nature and the beauty of our surroundings. We love the woodland walks as well as the peacefulness of the countryside and we enjoy meeting and hosting new people and giving them a slice of what it means to live in the countryside.

Rowan Tree Lodge is situated in a site of outstanding natural beauty and special scientific interest. Access is from a private road that winds its way down through eight acres of woodland to reveal panoramic views across six counties. It is a beautiful place to unwind and relax during the Summer months. With a cosy living room area, you can sit back and relax next to the log burner on the comfortable L shaped sofa. The lodge has one large living room area, fully equipped kitchen, dining room area, bathroom with shower and a lovely double bedroom with a comfy double bed and wardrobe. In the evenings you can enjoy drinking a glass of wine or having a BBQ on the decking whilst looking out at the beautiful picturesque views of the countryside. Set in an idyllic and magical location, Rowan Lodge is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and tranquil escape. Why not treat yourself to a dip in the Scandinavian Wood Fired Hot Tub as an added extra.
