Very quiet at night. We hard very good sleep there. Close to city centre and about 1km from train station. Room was acceptable for the price paid, the bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Tea and coffee provided was enough for our stay.

Set back from the main road to Leeds in a desirable area of Selby, Sallow Tree House is a mock Tudor fronted building decorated in a warm and welcome style with a nod to the modern. Inside are the facilities a traveller should expect. To the rear of the property is a sun-trap courtyard with bicycle storage and lockable side gates.

The property is Self-catering only with clean, accessible and modern kitchens stocked with the equipment you need to prepare your own meals in comfort and convenience. Each of our rooms offers comfortable sleeping facilities, fresh clean linens, wardrobes and other suitable bedroom furniture, digital door locks and great Wifi access wherever you are. We're designed with contractors in mind but can accept whole parties in a sectioned off part of the building.
