This spacious property is a ground floor apartment of a converted terrace house. Parking is located at the back of the property, and as such, the initial access into the property is a private entrance through the back gate (Shown in photographs). The property is comprised of a bedroom with double bed and wall to wall fitted wardrobes, cozy lounge, spacious kitchen and large bathroom with bath and shower. The garden features a table and chairs and a large metal lockable shed for guests to store bicycles. Other things to note: Current on-going renovations next door. There is currently scaffolding which can look into the garden if anyone is there. The parking space is private however allows a right of access via the LHS 1 meter of the drive to next doors garden. I'm Shelley and I host 'Shelley's Seaside Stay' in Porthcawl, South Wales. It is a spacious and bright ground floor property, is close to the sea and is perfect for couples getaways with plenty of restaurants, bars and beaches within a short distance.
Porthcawl is situated on the beautiful South Wales Coastline and is a wonderful place for a holiday or weekend break. It is full of restaurants, bars, coffee shops. There is also plenty of choice for fish and chips and ice cream parlours. Local beaches in Porthcawl include Rest Bay, Coney Beach and Newton Beach, all a short walk away from the property.
