A spacious, beautiful self-catering barn in the Countryside, yet minutes drive from the North Cornwall beaches and 4 miles from Port Issac. A newly furnished space with fully equipped open plan kitchen/ living area with a log burner. Fabulous modern bathroom with shower and heated towel rail Patio doors go out to a lovely private patio garden with charcoal BBQ. There are steps up to this property. We look forward to welcoming each guest and are happy to recommend restaurants, local events and beaches that we love and visit ourselves and will happily assist guests with special requirements or questions via face to face, phone or email. We respect privacy and peace and feel our location is perfect as a retreat back in the evening after a day of adventures of the day. We do our upmost to offer little but important extras such as a super comfy bed, fluffy large towels, a coffee machine and we pride ourselves on how clean we keep the barn so each guest feels comfortable and satisfied
The Property is next to Trewethen Farmhouse within a small Hamlet. The road leading to the property is quiet, with the village of St Teath only a mile away which has a pub (The White Hart), a post office, local convenience store, a cafe and Church. Our favourite pit stop 2 miles away is the St Kew farmshop. They are super friendly, offer amazing breakfast and lunch in their cafe and have an array of locally grown fruit and veg, other food and wine. There is a stunning woodland walk a mile away and has spectacular bluebells throughout and waterfalls created after heavy rainfall We are 1 mile away from the A39, 6 miles from Port Issac and Wadebridge and 4 miles from nearest beach. Free Parking is right outside the property and there is room to store bikes and other sports equipment upon request
